Barrier Champs
Why can’t I stun barrier champs with my side arm, I have the artifact unlocked?

Barrier champs are only stunned by breaking the barrier. Sidearms, if you have the seasonal mod selected, pierces the barrier to stun them. If you are shooting and not breaking their barrier, you do not have the seasonal mod chosen.
