Scalar Potential or Oversoul Edict for PvP?
The arguments that I see, say Oversoul is better than Scalar. Personally I think Scalar is better because it has a lot less recoil, it's Target acquisition is better and it's intrinsic perk is better also. Am I looking at the wrong sites or am I missing something?
