I am trying to apply this ornament, but it is locked for some reason. I think I unlocked this piece way back, but even if I wanted to unlock it again, it does not let me. Trying the "unlock while previewing" trick does not work. I have gotten the chest piece to drop in the dungeon so I do not know what is going on. Any help is appreciated!
