Halo 3 BTB map pack FTW
Anyone else here think that bungie should release a map pack with the Halo 3 maps? Before you say we should just forge it, Avalanche can't be forged, drifting on ice was too much fun. I want the river, pelican, etc from Valhalla back, those fights for the laser were awesome and Sandtrap was so much fun with the elephants. The one that was on the mythic map pack can be recreated using forge world, but the moveable parts were fun.
I think the 4v4 maps are great for slayer, but they kinda suck for CTF, most of the matches I play are too unbalanced, either we whoops some butt or get our butts beat. Hemorrhage is not as fun as valhalla.

ForgeWorld should have been skinnable. Meaning that you should have been able to cycle between desert, snow, or the current grassy styles to keep things from looking so similar each time. Eh well, maybe in Halo4.

The only good BTB maps in halo 3 were sandtrap and avalanche but if they do a map pack, it should be free/low cost (400mp? lol)

Dude avalanche is far superior to sidewinder. I wasn't just saying it for the old maps, I was just saying those were the best maps for BTB (Big team battle. Alot of the older maps can be remade with forge world but those 3 I don't think they can. I just think these were the funnest maps for big team battle ever made. [Edited on 11.08.2010 1:19 PM PST]

I'd take the Halo PC or Halo 2 maps over 3, honestly. Why do I say Halo PC? Cuz it had all of the Halo 1 maps plus a few awesome other ones, plus a superior (tweaked) Sidewinder.
