Hey all, For everyone who had the error code orange, then followed the DOB steps and got sent to a create character, noticing your characters were gone, your characters will be back. Don’t create a new character. Input your date of birth, accept T&C then just close the game. Try not to worry! The bungie app will show you that your characters are still there. Just restart your game and your characters will be back 🙂 I panicked, did a concern, but closed game down. Now I’m in orbit with my characters. Hope this eases anyone’s anxiety/panic Update: if you did indeed create a new character, close game and restart, and your characters should be there.
