Cross save unable to unlink deleted steam account
I linked the incorrect steam account to my cross save. In an effort to not have to wait 90 days for the cross save to unlink, I deleted that steam account as it had nothing on it and was made by mistake. I can no longer deactivate cross save as I continue to get an unable to authenticate error. Is there a way bungie support is able to remove cross save manually or another solution or am I stuck unable to play on my pc?

Hey there. Bungie does not forcibly remove linked accounts or cancel cross-save. The cooldowns are also mandatory, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed. You will have to work with Steam to try to recover access to the account, or else you will be unable to unlink it.

Allo there, In order to unlink accounts they must all be authenticated. Bungie has no access to our platform credentials so they can't remove the accounts. You'll need to work with Steam to recover the account.
