prophecy dungeon
i did the prophecy dungeon twice on the warlock, it didn't drop any loot at all the second time. Is this working as intended, because no other dungeon works like that.
addendum
I was confused, spire of the watchers is the weekly features dungeon. figured i would add that just in case i am spreading confusion to others.
