Diamond medal from twitch drop
I completed and redeemed my diamond medal but it did not cross over to destiny 2 in hame

I have qualified two diamond medallions and neither of them are claimable. One of them expires today, and my accounts are linked. I tried refreshing on the partner page to no avail and I tried unlinking and linking my account. None of those solutions have worked.
