My friend recently claimed a bunch of the Riven's wishes. After getting four of them and dismantling them along with using a deepsight harmonizer and spoils of conquest he recieved not a single pattern towards the Nation of Beast's handcannon. Im assuming this has something to do with him having not unlocked the crafting table? Firstly, why is there no system in place to prevent people from using harmonizers/collecting red borders without the craft menu unlocked (like every other feature with a big red "you cant do this till you buy xyz") Secondly, if not the first option why are you unable to simply collect the patterns anyway? And just have to CRAFT them after you unlock the table, seems like an incredibly flawed system. Has anyone else had this issue/have a fix for it? Otherwise he has wasted half of some great early game gear to this silly lack of a feature.
