Voice chat and game text chat broken ps5
Neither work since update. I’m not the only one having this problem either either it seems to only be a PS five thing.

It's bugged on PC too after the patch. After a couple of missions it will just stop working and I have to close the game and restart it which is pretty annoying with Destiny's long loading times.

1 ReplyHere are some things you can do to talk to your clan mates / fireteam. 1.) If your clan has Discord, you can talk to each other through that. Go to your clan's page. On the left hand side you will see a menu, all the way at the bottom, you will see "Gaming." Click on that and you all should be able to speak to one another. Everyone has to do it though. 2.) Link your Discord and PS5...go into the Discord settings, then click on "Connections." After that, you can actually talk using D2. Again, everyone has to do those steps in order to speak with one another. These are 2 ways to chat with your teammates. Hopefully, Bungie will fix the issue so we don't have to use another app in order to chat in-game.

I ran a RON this morning with all titans and we were able to get through it without a mic, even Planets! This not a “skill issue” comment, it’s a “RoN is a terribly easy raid and I’d try to do that one instead of the others” comment.
