Cross Save isn't working
Hey, making a topic because for some reason I can't directly get help for my problem from someone at bungie. Um so I have cross save enabled and have previous characters but once I downloaded the game on steam (my account is linked) I don't have my previous characters. It was telling me to make a new character. I don't want to disable and re-enable cross save and have to wait 90 days, I just want to play the game again just on pc. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. I have pictures but don't know how to add them. Also editing to add that I can't unlink my steam account to try and relink it because I would have to wait 90 days.

For the issue you are describing there are typically 2 causes. First, the Steam account you are trying to sign in to is similar but different than the Steam account that is linked to your Bungie profile and cross save set up. To troubleshoot this, can you please post a link to a screenshot showing your in game Bungie name while signed into your Steam account, please make sure it includes name and numbers. Links from Imgur.com work the best. Second common cause is that the Steam account was recently part of another cross save set up. If this is the case it will not be able to cross save for 90 days from deactivation.
