No Crucible rewards/ranks/challenges?! Is it bugged?
I'm not the biggest fan of Crucible and it seems Bungie does everything it can to discourage players?! I was trying to do at least Shaxx's weekly bounties and played Clash (as one of the bounties was actually for that list). Twice in a row I played Clash, didn't get the bounty completed, didn't get the weekly challenges counter up, no rewards whatsoever (except personal clan XP), no Crucible rank.
This is really, really frustrating. Is Clash bugged? Does anyone else have the same issues? Any idea how to solve it?
That is such a waste of time.

If you've hit max you can't earn reputation until you reset by claiming the last exotic reward from Shaxx. Does Shaxx have a challenge icon currently showing for completing bounties? If he does, has the progress bar increased after turning in a crucible bounty?
