Hello, I've researched this issue and have already tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling both Destiny 2 and BattlEye itself. Destiny 2 was working fine a couple of days ago but I go to log on today and it says:
C:\Program files\Epic Games\Destiny2\destiny2.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
The BattlEye launcher then shows up and displays (timestamps deleted)
Starting BattlEye Service...
Updating...
Launching game...
Failed to launch game.
I'm on Windows 11, and am not a part of the Windows Insider Program. Is this happening to anyone else?

I am running into the same issue via steam. F:\steam\steamapps\common\destiny2\destiny2.exe includes Windows cannot access the specified device, path, file,. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. Last week I did much the same as your lists of uninstall and reinstall after checking file integrity. Still not working. So I deleted all battleye files, uninstalled the game, restarted PC, installed D2 from the store page, hit play when done, battleye installed game started just fine. This week starting yesterday had the same error, did the same stuff still can't get into D2. Definitely appears battleye related.
