I assume it was already created but they removed skimmers from Lightfall when Strand was pushed out of Witch Queen.

I’m just waiting on them adding a Nimbus character skin into Eververse. 🥰 Always wondered why one wasn’t available when Lightfall released, but obviously they’re just holding it back until the right time. -
