Constant Matchmaking issues

I have tried twice now to enter into a trials match on my PC and I get stuck on loading screen after a match has been match made. I sit and I wait and I wait. Patience is thin so after 5 mins (long after a match is over I’m sure) I just quit out and get penalized. Now I can’t play. This is ridiculous.

I have an Xbox too and that loads right in. And competitive is the only glitch I get it on. PVE content runs fine on PC.
