I'm sure there are thousands of these all the time, and I hate that I've joined this club, however after setting up to play, I got the generic name, went in and changed it. Seemed fine, now it seems to have reverted to the generic Bungie Name. Any options available to correct this?
Thanks

Hello there, If your Bungie Name has been changed to "Guardian####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the Code of Conduct or the Bungie Name Policy, was filtered, and can no longer be used. You can try a different name if you have not previously changed it. If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it. What names have you tried thus far? -
Hey there, the usual issue is when people enter a name that hits the filter, the system gives no feedback on this, the change just won't go through. But are you saying the name change did go through and you were able to see it in-game, but now it has been reset back to Guardian? That sounds like a reset due to a TOS violation. What was the name you changed to?
