I have the same problem yesterday I played the best today I get that I can't access because I don't have the permissions I thought it was Windows and I contacted support they say it's not theirs the problem is with the game I use Xbox PC and I saw comments They say it can be solved by reinstalling Windows from scratch, but that would be crazy to me. And I don't know if it is the solution, no one confirms anything.
