For three weeks of the last four, when I complete the ten reaction bounty rather than telling me to collect my reward in the tower, it automatically says "Weekly Reward Collected" and there's nothing waiting for me in the tower. Is this a known issue? I've unattached and reattached the Destiny access to twitch and it's still telling me it's already been collected.
