No discount on Annual pass? Will not allow current lightfall owners to repurchase with discount.

I want to purchase the annual pass but im finding it will not allow me to take advantage of the current discount of purchasing lightfall + annual pass. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Bungie please advise. Thanks!
