Flawless glow disabled?

I went to the Lighthouse on February 6th and again on February 12th. I logged in this morning and none of my gear is glowing. Did something happen in the game code? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Glows for a week. Next week is dull. Third week it no longer glows. That what it use to be.
