Urgent Assistance Needed - Destiny 2 Account Hacked

I am reaching out to you in great concern and frustration as I have recently fallen victim to a hack on my Destiny 2 account. I am a passionate player of Destiny 2 and have invested countless hours in building up my characters, collecting emblems, and achieving various accomplishments.
However, I recently discovered that my account has been compromised, and all of my characters and emblems have disappeared without a trace. This has not only deeply upset me emotionally but also instilled fear of potentially losing all of my hard-earned progress.
I urgently request your assistance in restoring my account and taking the necessary steps to ensure the security of my account. I have already taken all possible measures to secure my account credentials, yet this incident still occurred.

they will not restore content lost due to negligence on your part - account security is your responsibility. the fact that you mentioned emblems disappearing as well leads me to believe you might just have set your cross save up incorrectly. double-check which account you have set as your primary
