Second reset of Vanguard rank awarded me the wrong triumphs
Firstly, it awarded me the "Gambit Ritualist" triumph instead of "Vanguard Ritualist" triumph. I have definitely not earned the gambit ornament.
Secondly, it awards the "Ritual Master" triumph which says "Earn each ritual ornament for the Chivalric Fire sword." But again, I haven't earned the gambit ornament yet.

(Note that I had accidentally accepted the Ritual Master triumph when I took this screen shot. I'm assuming if this issue is fixed, that will be reversed.)

Yeah the crucible one gives the vanguard one, the vanguard one gives the gambit one, and the gambit one gives the crucible one. Apparently some wires got crossed somewhere.
