If you like Mass Effect...
...the Legendary Edition is on sale on Steam right now for about $10. That's all three games and all the DLC.
Or you could spend $60 to get some quasi-Mass Effect-style armor sets from the Eververse to give you a taste of Mass Effect.

Let's be clear. EA games require an EA launch app that is extremely bad and won't allow Mass Effect to start without freezing up and requiring a hard shutdown and reboot. It's extremely common and is mentioned many, many times on the Mass Effect reviews. So after taking your advice and buying that cheap legendary edition and trying to get it to run for the last few hours I have requested a refund from Steam and would like to tell you that your advice is worthless.

Fun fact only you can put a price tag on what you value. If you want something you'll purchase it regardless of the price if you don't like it regardless of the price you don't buy it. This is all common sense.

To this day I will never understand why people would spend that much on a cosmetic, never mind one sold in a game with yearly full priced releases and what is essentially a subscription service. Honestly I think it's a shame developers and brain dead consumers gave essentially ruined a large portion of loot driven games. 'Its just cosmetics' has turned into, armour is just to look pretty.

4 RepliesI played the original ME trilogy as it was released. When legendary edition came out I played 20 hours and stopped. I swore I would finish it and never got back to it until this destiny collaboration. I finished ME1 and I’m halfway through ME2. If I do get the ME Destiny stuff it will just be Titan/Shepard armor and maybe the finisher but I won’t worry about that until I destroy the reapers in ME3!

3 RepliesME Legendary was a huge graphics update to a very old game. ME1 and ME2 I think released before D1. ME is still fun many years later. Gameplay shows its age, but makes up for it in storytelling. As for paying silver for Destiny armor I would rather buy a nice meal. Hmm for some reason craving barbecue tonight….

Not many games change their ending based on player feedback. It didn’t really improve anything unlike Fallout 3s changes which made it better.
