Transmats not showing for New Ship
The new Alliance Scout Frigate has a transmat effect option issue. Where there is not a single option from to be seen. Your welcome and take your time. Just doing my part.

Delete it and grab a new one

Ok so quick fix to the issue is to close the game and restart it. Everything should then be available.

I managed to get traveler translated on it. I think it worked when you change characters and then go back to original character that had the ship.

Not to mention the only available transmit for me to equip on it is Veterans Flair, which is currently bugged and inaccessible on every other ship.
