My friend just destroyed all corrupted egg and don't have get his sparrow
My friend today just finished his last corrupted egg tobl destroy and reclaimed the triumph and he still not have the sparrow on his inventory, collection, post maker at the tower, and I just see a video of 5-6yo saying there is a glitch where people don't have get it and than Bungie was working on it but like its been 5yo what happened to this?

Hi there. The triumph is bugged and unlocks early at 39 eggs destroyed instead of 40. Your friend can go to d2checklist.com to look up their account and in the "Checklist" section it will show #/40 Corrupted Eggs they've destroyed and which they're missing. After destroying the last one, the sparrow will become unlocked in their Collections > Equipment > Sparrows > Season 4.
