Distribution mod IS NOT WORKING for class ability regen on hunter
Like not working at all...
I know hunter has a reduction of benefict from this mod but this is too much, HALF A SECOND, SEROUSLY???
Also if all the others abilities are uncharged, it does not boost properly the cooldown because ITS UNNOTICEABLE, litterally NON EXISTENT.
Bungie please... DO someting.

4 RepliesDoesn't hunter dodge have an incredibly short cooldown. If so the scaling update at the start of the season, means it's working as intended.

I noticed this as well. It gives 0 class ability energy.
