Allow "merging" the same weapons at the Gunsmith to combine rolls. (suggestion)
For instance, given two weapons A & B: allow the user to sacrifice weapon B to put a single one of its traits, like "Hammer Forged Rifling" onto weapon A, similar to how upgrade modules are used.
1. Encourages players to still run content without giving up on hopeless rolls.
2. Fits within the essence of Banshee's current design and role.
