Since the glimmer cap was increased to 500k, it should have been possible to complete the quest step Tying it all together by receiving the 10k glimmer reward - I couldn't receive it at 299k glimmer because it was saying "Not enough space". Then I disregarded it, thinking it might be fixed later or that is not so important, got to around 400k glimmer and returned back - issue was the same. Then I got to buy raid banners (not that I am doing raids) to lower my total glimmer under 240k and went back to Ada. No problem receiving the 10k glimmer. I do believe this is a bug.
