Riven's Wishes is fantastic. It doesn't feel like too much. I'm still putting in decent work. It feels good.
This feels like the best way to get rid of a vast chunk of FOMO. That's a major issue addressed for me, personally. I just don't want to feel insanely rushed in a game, wherever it can be avoided. A little breathing space is great. This will help alot with that if used properly.

3 RepliesYeah, I loved doing the same three public events and 15 lost sectors, I thought the whole concept was so original. Imagine having to repeat a load of old activities again and again and again to get some old loot. Truly inspired and creative content from such an imaginative team.

2 RepliesEdited by NerfPaladins06: 2/3/2024 11:04:38 AMLove that I can finally craft an Apex Predator. More so after having seen a few posts when it was announced where raiders were upset casuals can get the Last Wish weapons. Also 1 time per week is fine. They could having not had this event at all.

17 RepliesThere’s literally no logical reason this activity is once per account weekly and not once per character, considering raids award red borders for spoils per character per week. We have nearly 4 months left of the season and this event only lasts 4 weeks, it’s pretty clear they were deliberately not wanting us to get any of these awards aside from the obvious one everyone will be going for which is apex predator.

It's not too bad. They could have done better but they could also have done way worse lol.

1 ReplyIt does feel good, dont listen to the people upset because they treat it as content that's supposed to give them another 100h in the game instead of treating it as bungie wants you to. It's a catch-up mechanic for new players to get a raid weapon they have not grinded for and maybe some momentos or mats. This or a consistent player/returning that raids alot but still needs those last 2 or 3 red borders to finish the collection.

2 RepliesI agree. I missed the Halloween event and love the black weapon skin. All my wishes will be these. However, for players who cannot raid they will get the chance to craft one weapon if they focus there and think this is amazing for them. All the weapons are good and I do not believe it takes away any ‘prestige’ of the weapons that some people are saying

1 ReplyJust a shame that “complete various activities in the Dreaming City. CHALLENGING activities grant additional progress”, doesn’t include the Ascendant Challenge as this grants NOTHING 😂😂😂. Good old Bungie eh? So what is classed as challenging - Tier 4 blind well?
-
3 RepliesYou do understand that these Wishes Content were supposed to come out way earlier AND have less Grind to them right... Because TFS would be coming out this Month so these would've been the 6 weeks leading into the Expansion. Probably would've been less Grindy. But with 4 months to go.. make them longer, even tho you can finish each one in a couple hours or less.

15 RepliesWe're in the minority, at least based on the posts I've seen on this forum.

1 ReplyIt being account based and not character based is a huge fail.

[/quote] Hopefully the game will lean into the breathing room things it can be doing for people like making it so they don't have to sit through longer activities in order to complete them solo. For the activities where that makes sense, of course. Some of it becomes classic "hurry up and wait."

Wish we had more wishes though.

It's new and a bit different, so looking forward to how it progresses.

1 ReplyI agree the input for return is on point but I still believe it should be 3 per week if we want to be able to get red border weapons and momentos
