What is going on with GG and kinetic surges?
I've been stress testing GG with Nighthawk and surges since last night and I haven't been able to break 811k damage with AND without kinetic surges. Am I the only one experiencing this issue of a damage cap? I know that 3 Kinect surges doesn't work so I run two and one solar (sometimes) and I heard ember of mercy is glitched out too.
