Hello, I recently saw someone with the "End of the Rainbow" transmat effect. I asked them where they got it and told me I could type in a code and then claim it at Rahool. So, I googled the code, logged into my b.net account, entered the code and...it doesn't show up at Rahool. There is nothing but the usual options. It also isn't in my inventory, in my collections, anywhere. Does anyone know what I'm missing here? Thank you.
