What a mean thing to do. Dangle tasty craftable weapons, armor, lost memento (the cool black shader for weapons) and rare currencies in front of faithful diehard players and only give them one chance per week to get something. Probably the meanest gd thing ive ever seen this company do to players since 2014.

Wait 6 weeks. Do them all in1 sitting.

1 ReplyWhat is the best raid weapon to craft?
-
What's dumb is time gating them, and the fact that the "quests" are tidious and boring as hell...
-
The utter outrage at being given virtually free stuff. This forum is hilarious.
-
You could always raid if you want raid weapons
-
These people sound like children complaining the free ice cream they received isn’t big enough.

-
You all want something to "chase" which is a concept that is far beyond me. So here you go. Grind away on that hamster wheel at a snails pace lol because playing a game simply because it's fun unacceptable
-
I agree. One per character would seem more reasonable. But, hey! That's Bungie. God forbid you are allowed to get too much of a good thing....
-
7 Repliesfaithful diehard players already have everything there is to offer from the wishes. This was geared towards players who dont engage with much of the games holiday activities and season pass holders.
-
Agreed, needs to be per character not per account. That’s just hideous.

Edited by The Hermit IX: 1/31/2024 8:09:52 PMThe one token is very cool but adding it to all 3 characters to farm would be even cooler. Or at least leave them for one character on the rotator until FS drops.
-
I wish they gave us the ability to save up the tokens and buy exotic raid weapons. I want vex badly but just can’t/won’t grind the raid to get it. Same goes for some of the dungeon weapons. Just let us save up 3-5 tokens and buy one.
-
1 ReplyNo I think one a week is fair otherwise people would get all the weapons crafted 20 momentous and 53 ascendent shards by the end of the week. This is some easy to get good loot I don’t think we should be complaining
-
2 RepliesHaven’t really kept up with this game in a bit. Are the wish tokens always restricted to one a week or can I wait a few weeks and earn them all in one sitting like I do with seasonal challenges?
-
2 Replies"Rare currencies" You mean the currencies dropping like candies from most activities ? As for the red weapons, yeah one per week...always have been this way for guaranted red borders. Also the exotics they give are possible to get even if you dont own lightfall. Meaning you can use exotics you arent supposed to have x) Its actually a pretty "casual" friendly event. For other players its not worth the time using a single wish token.
-
Eh I’m ok wit it. I don’t raid but getting enough for one entire weapon pattern is nice. On top of the two free chests per week, it’s not too bad

Joe's way of saying goodbye

Edited by HaVoK308: 2/1/2024 9:47:33 AMIt just goes to show how completely disconnected Bungie is from their customers. They come with an idea that people actually like and then nerf the crap out it.
-
10 RepliesThis is literally the only company that manages to alienate and antagonise their customers at every turn. “Here’s something you want. Oh btw you’re only get a super small and time-gated amount.” Why?? There is literally zero reason why they are so stingy. Someone at B is seriously misguided in making these decisions. Or they’re just petty and low-key hate us.
-
I mean what did you actually expect by a company that "celebrates" events by giving players chore lists and excessive grinds just to then make them buy the most desirable armor in the game for 60 bucks per event. Other games actually give players cool free rewards and fun activities on top of more free stuff in "events". This is just the norm with this company. Seems even way too generous considering how they usually treat us. The next weeks quests for the wish token will probably be massive time sinks aswell. They need our playtime...
-
8 RepliesIts called a "wish" and you're demanding more. That's like the highest tier label of thing someone has demanded more of on here. "Gimmie alllllll the wishes I want."

1 ReplyThe eververse store has no weekly limitations though! Seriously this “event” if you can even call it that is a slap in the face. I find it interesting that Joe announced his departure literally the day the wishes came out. He told us in his video we would be getting new content to make up for the extended season… 4 weeks of a weekly time gated grind ain’t that.

Jet Set WillyIt’s all going concording to plan 😂🤣 - old
Bungie can give my weekly tokens to you. Then you’d have 2 per week.
