Moments of triumph bugged?
On my triumph it shows that I didn’t complete Root of Nightmare or Crota raid and the ghosts of the deep dungeon but shows complete on other triumphs

If this is for the "Paracausal Adventurer" triumph, then this may be due to this triumph apparently only tracking completions that were done this season and not lifetime achievements like the other triumphs for that title. So, you will have to complete those activities once again to complete the triumph. Hope this helps!
