Iron Banner new ornament set not showing in appearance customization screen
I purchase the five items from Lord Saladin (Breto - helm, radegast gauntlets, silimaras plate, tormod;s greaves and the finnalas mark)
They were retrieved from inventory. They show up in the recently discovered section of the collections
screen. They do NOT show up in the armor > universal ornaments tab. They do NOT show up in the appearance customization screen. They do not show up in the S main character screen either.

2 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 1/27/2024 4:00:35 PMHey there, this is the correct forum. The 'new' ornament set is actually a reissue of the year 1 IB prestige ornament sets. They are not 'universal' ornaments, these old style ornaments are intended to go on a specific set or range of similar sets, in this case Iron Banner gear pieces. In Collections, they can be found under Armor/<class>/Competitive/Named Lords' Ornaments. They should show up on the Customize Appearance screen. As they are not universal, that means they are not unlocked by default and do not show up in the first section of ornaments, the ones you've already got unlocked (from synthweave or from any other source), they'll appear way further in the list, along with other Season 3 gear. You can use them for free on Iron Banner gear, or spend Synthweave to turn them into Universal ornaments. If you're 100% sure they are not appearing anywhere in Customize Appearance, would you take a screenshot of each of the tabs for one gear piece, let's say helmets.
