Same old patch notes
What would a patch notes or hotfix be without YET ANOTHER... titan nerf.
Instead of dismantling titans bit by bit every other week, cut to the quick and just delete titans because that's all you seem to be doing bungie..

The niche and unbalanced use case was most definitely the only thing that made titans usable. Guess the best class has been gutted with this one change.
