Abilities going above base cooldown
If an ability stat is under t3 it goes above base cooldown I'm not sure if this is intended but if it is it should not be a thing.

6 RepliesYou just discovered that "base" IS tier 3, congratulations. So, yeah... I know nothing tells you that, but base is 30. 😇 👍💠.

It's intended and dumb since it limits your armor stat roll build as going to low punishes you.

It should be a thing. If you can't build your stats properly, you get a penalty. Simple as that.
