Remove Battlegrounds from Vanguard Playlist
Please Bungie, remove Battlegrounds from the Strike playlist. You need to be adding much more strikes per expansion. Battlegrounds need to have their own separate playlist.

10 RepliesHonestly just saying what it is. Bungie has been pushing Battlegrounds hard in Nightfalls and GMs. People need to get more familiar with Battlegrounds and give feedback based on which aspect of the Background they dislike. GMs would only become that much more jarring if the only way they could experience them was on the hardest difficulty. Many Battlegrounds like the PsiOps Cosmodrome are terrible, but others like The Proving Grounds Battleground are actually pretty nice to play. Why is that? If I were to say from my person opinion it's because Providing Ground doesn't spam ads infinitely and the boss can't one shot you. I don't the Battlegrounds are a problem. I think Bungie's poor choice of balance is an issue. If each of the Battlegrounds can be sorted out I'd happily welcome them for varieties sake

Edited by ドラゴン: 1/24/2024 11:42:27 PMyh remove battleground and split that 2 diffrent playlist 1 only strikes in / and playlist 2nd playlist only battlegound but that not same map diffrent can choose bring new strikes and oldest too that my means 1 and stop remove contents in the vaults 2 and bring everything back inc raid all off them 3 DELETE RANKS + COMMENDATIONS THAT USELESS 100% 4 lvl system too season is ok but everytime reset is kinda suck some players hv no time for that 5 do something on pvp 6 bring planets back all them 7 stop ruin the game plss 8 bring all storys back all off them inc old 1 9 fix game in old glory again 10 d1 better for some players no update no errors orginal state i play both off them

Both are boring af but yes I agree, battlegrounds should be separate, or better still, vaulted. I'd rather watch a kettle boil! ;)

Literally noone would play them if battlegrounds werent forced in the vanguard playlist. They know that. They made garbage throwaway content which was supposed to be deleted from the game after the year of seasons and were lacking content for the core playlists. So they decided to slap those in there. Shocker that they are unfun to play long term... If only we got a pvp map, a gambit map and a strike every season. Maaybe then players would still enjoy the core playlists after 7 years...

The overabundance of ads make blowing through bounties easier. I honestly don't mind them.

I went through and counted the strikes in both d1 and d2 the other day. They both had roughly 15 strikes, which is a pretty big slap in the face when d2 has significantly more areas than d1. And D2 doesn’t even use strikes like inverted spire or exodus crash in the playlist, and I’d doesn’t look like they’ve even considered looking into revamping them kinda like they did with taken and siva in D1 to breath a little life in them

God I wish. Actually, don't wish. Bungie HQ is probably just a lamp, and there's definitely a Djinn inside, singlehandedly working on it. Its probably why nothing really gets done and fixes are the slowest in the business. If only we could remove them, though.

Since they have so many ads it’s pretty easy to rack up a lot of xp that way to level up seasonal artifact. I’m not saying they are good content, but they have a sort-of purpose. I agree with your solution however.
