I was able to finally find the contact forms available for support and I submitted a request about my name being changed to Guardian, as it used my one time chance to change my name when it was done and there is a form that includes this option as a reason for support to be involved.
The response I got from Bungie advised that it was the wrong form and it was only for bans, but the form itself is marked for "restrictions" and one of the "restrictions" includes a username being changed to Guardian. I replied to the ticket asking for guidance on why the form includes this and which form I should actually use and support closed it again without responding. I opened a follow-up ticket requesting help finding the right form, since the form that I used should have been the right one. I got another canned response that this is the wrong form and it being closed.
For reference, this is the link that I'm using to contact them, using the form link under Ban/Restriction Appeal Contact Form. If you open the linked to contact you can see "Bungie Name was changed to Guardian" in the "What type of restriction are you appealing?" dropdown menu.
I'm hoping to get a little guidance here, since the help pages (and the form I used) all say this is something I can reach out to Bungie support for, but they seem to refuse to actually assist with it or to point me where I need to go for help.

7 RepliesIf your Bungie Name has been changed to "Guardian####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the Code of Conduct or the Bungie Name Policy, was filtered, and can no longer be used. You can try a different name if you have not previously changed it. If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it. What names have you tried thus far?
