Profile - Your account does not meet minimum requirements
Profile - Your account does not meet minimum requirements
When trying to join a clan or message I get an error message saying:
The request failed. Your account does not meet minimum requirements (60).
Also, when I try to update my profile setting Email and Sms I get the error:
Settings are not available, please contact support help.bungie.net.
Also, when trying to post on bungie.net, I get an error:
The request failed. Your account does not meet minimum requirements
My understanding is that this is related to DOB in my profile, but cannot find the area to update my DOB.
It is not clear where to get help as I cannot even post to your help forum, so I created a new account and am using that one to post.
