Hi. Thanks for contacting us. It appears you're receiving Windows error Event Name: BEX64. Players have reported that if you look into your crash info. and open it in a text editor, you may find an error similar to
"RUNTIME ERROR: VCPPEXCEPTION_MODULE_NOT_FOUND at 00007FFB5D8C95FC halt information: () tried to load GFSDK_Aftermath_Lib.dll fatal error detected"
or something similar. If you find this error, you may want to locate the GFSDK_Aftermath_lib.dll file (Program Files/Destiny 2/bin/x64) and copy it into your main Destiny 2 folder (Program files/Destiny 2). Your Destiny 2 Crash Info. could be located in:
Program Piles/Destiny 2/temp/crash_folder/pc_x64/crash_folder (random numbers)/crash_info.txt
Hope this helps resolve your issue.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that did nothing to fix the problem. I'm still getting Broccoli errors. If it helps at all here are the contents of the crash_info.txt file https://pastebin.com/sQ9m4d4h

  • Hi again. You may want to review our BROCCOLI article for more information about this issue. If that doesn't help, here are a few suggestions some players have found to resolve this issue:
1. Enable "Game Mode" in Windows 10 or, if you already have "Game Mode" enabled, try disabling it. 2. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use. 3. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps. 4. If you have an NVIDIA graphics cards, see if the card stabilizes using NVIDIA's temporary debug mode. 5. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
