Allo there, The only time Bungie gets involved with clans is when either the clan members are violating the CoC in a bad way or the name breaks the CoC. Unfortunately as the name doesn't break the CoC they won't have it taken from them. They may return to the game and as they got the name first they would want to enjoy the use of it. All the can do is message them from time to time to see if they will relinquish the name.
