Just to clarify, GMs as a whole are not all that hard if it were the actual strikes. The problem is battlegrounds were not made for nightfalls, and are not strikes in the vast majority of players' eyes. They would not even need to be added if Bungie just added more real strikes to the game rather than ONE PER EXPANSION. It's not as bad as the PvP problem, but we can't pretend like PvE is all sunshine and rainbows. We only get 1 strike per year (usually) to go with the new location. WQ had 2 strikes, but one outlier doesn't make a line. People need to stop defending this poor content schedule. The infinite spawning adds do not work for GMs because of the objectives forcing players into the open. This is not feasible in a GM as the enemies that are blocking the objective are usually tanky, and will almost always instantly kill you for running into the open without woven mail or invisibility. I know there are builds for everything, but the point is that this is not a fun design. I'm not complaining about difficulty or cheeses or exploits, I'm complaining that this is not an activity that I think should be in a playlist like this. To be brutally honest, I think battlegrounds as a whole should be removed and just replaced by new strikes. I don't mind running the same strikes over, but I'm sick of doing this dumb monkey in the middle with BGs.
