PLATFORM: Steam ISSUE: season of the wish dreaming city weapon wont drop with blueshift dreams shader, I am not sure if because the chance is very very low or its really unobtainable but after getting over 200+ dreaming city weapons from blind well and the coil I didnt get a single weapon dropped with this shader. REPRO STEPS: get a dreaming city weapon drop, it never dropping with the shader ACTUAL RESULT: none of the dreaming city weapons drop with this shader equipped EXPECTED RESULT: some of the weapons of the dreaming city will drop with the shader equipped NOTES: could be just a low chance but I cant tell. and I dont know how to report a bug so bungie can look into it
