Bungie won't even open my ticket
Got a permanent ban with no warning after 600 hrs and no idea why I even got banned. My appeal ticket is set to "high" priority and they haven't even opened it in 48 hrs. Nor will they open my ticket requesting a refund. Ive got every DLC including Final Shape with quite a few Silver bought cosmetics? Am I just gonna have to be the next person that sues them for this or is their support system really this slow?

Typically, Security will only reply to you if they require additional information or if it results in your ban being overturned. As for refunds, all refund requests will need to be directed to the retailer from which you made the purchase(s)

You didnt buy anything from Bungie, so aren't going to get a refund from them. You'll need to speak to the retailer you bought it from. Good luck trying to get one with 600 hours in the game. Time spent playing the game is irrelevant. Very few bans are overturned. Your time playing Destiny is likely over. Lawsuit??? Lol. Please go thru with this. Make sure to keep the forums updated with the progress of the lawsuit. We can use a good laugh.

any refund goes to the platform store where you purchased. and no one has ever successfully sued bungie for a ban. good luck with that.
