Did not get second Catalyst for Wishkeeper
I completed the preliminary step on Dreaming City to cue me to complete legendary Starcrossed run. Finished legendary run and received no catalyst. I figured it was bugged so I restarted game and ran another legendary Starcrossed run. No catalyst. I checked on Dreaming City to see if I had to start everything again but I can’t even get the quest. Please help. Thanks.

Could you double check one thing - if you've finished the second catalyst quest but your Wish-Keeper is below Lv4, the second catalyst will have a lock icon on it in the crafting menu, and look just like the unearned 3rd and 4th one. But if you level the weapon up to Lv4, it should become available.
