Changed email messed up cross save
I previously used a email for my PlayStation account that contained my last name. I decided to change it so I didn’t have my last name everywhere. It messed up my cross save. Is there a fix? My main account is still Xbox and still works but I just got the PlayStation portal and would love to play on that.

Are you signed into your PS5 and the PS Portal with your new ID and have you paired them? Note that changing any account's associated email or password has no effect on Cross Save. Platform account credentials are not stored by Bungie. It just means when you go to sign into an account or authenticate, you enter a different email/password.
