I was bored on the trials report app after some sus players this week...wife and family watching New Years programs, so can't game, but noticed something very odd on the weekly first flawless. Looking at the stats on some of the solo players on there and I was like bro come on. How are these people getting away with it. Dude on there has had an average of 5 flawless a season and about 1.65 kd per season last few seasons. This season he's at 4.5kd and 55 flawless, 40 just this week alone with 6 kd. He also has his stats hidden lol I guess Trials Report also celebrates this by putting them up there. Just check it out. I've already reported him, but it will fall on death ears.

If that person wasn't cheating that would be hilarious. Other than that it happens all the time if you look at the leaderboards often. Nothing new.

2 RepliesBungie: Cheaters add to the player count too.

2 RepliesEdited by Hendo: 1/4/2024 11:53:32 PM5 a season isn’t a flag but everyone has a spike at some point although that high kd is odd Meta and what clicks with players is a big part too I went from a 1.08 to a 1.94 when stasis came out and went flawless 49 times then I fell off lmfao

Deaf ears, not death ears...Google is your friend

The majority of their first 7 games had teams backing out (or getting ddossed or something else). What's worse is that the teams that left were actually quite good.

Maybe he switched to controller???

12 RepliesThat is unfortunately not evidence of cheating. And things like that have happened season over season with people in this game. Usually due to playing solo then on teams or on bad teams then better teams and sometimes at the same time matchmaking switches. Other than that the leaderboards for trials especially will almost always feature suspect accounts in there somewhere. And they do come out of nowhere a lot of the time and some of them are blatantly suspect like they want you to know. But that's what that is and none of it is a reason to have other peoples' games work like garbage.

Bungie devs are just incapable of addressing systemic cheating in the game itself. They only rely on suing cheat providers, which does not change anything in the game
-
2 RepliesThey will never be able to handle the amount of cheating trash on a case by case basis. So it’s just going to be this way until the server lights go dark man
-
The most interesting thing about Trials, and the only reason I'm glad Bungie wastes resources on it, is to watch videos of obvious cheaters, then looking months later to see they still play. Bungie can spend millions suing one cheat maker in court but can't watch 1 YouTube video and ban 3 people.
-
3 RepliesBungie is too soft against cheaters. Just make clear when caught 1 warning. Caught again then account ban. They should also introduce a minimum required level so they can’t keep creating burner accounts easily. If they have to level a character first every time it will take too much effort.

Low player base now and Bungie axed the security team so yeah fun and games 🙄😂
-
Death Ears ? Yikes, Wouldn't wish that on anyone !
-
5 RepliesProbably recovs. Seen lots of those really bad stat players suddenly go from like a .9KD one season to like a 4Kd the next lol
-
4 RepliesI always get stuck on the 3rd win it is my way. But everytime I play I feel like at least 2 out of 5 players have guns that are just glued to my head no matter how much i move or change things up no matter if I jump or dodge I die.
