Cell of Sycophant Starcat bugged
The Starcat in the cell of the sycophant location in rivens lair will not populate. I’ve tried twice and it doesn’t show up

I’ve tried twice and it doesn’t show up[/quote] If it's the giant area with the 3 torches then don't bother it's not that room it's the other smaller one that also has 3 torches Hate that they made this crap absolute rng just to waste peoples time and have them go "eh i'm already 3/4ths done might as well kill the boss even though i didn't land in the room i needed these last 2 teleports" It's to pad playtime
