I have received the triumph for beating the entire dungeon on Master, but since it was redeemed when the Ghosts of the Deep sparrow was dropping, I was never given the shell. Bungie says it was patched but it seems that it isn't in my collections either, I'd definitely appreciate having that ghost shell.
