Doom guy v The Guardian
Been playing a lot of Doom lately, and read up on some lore. I think Doomguy will eventually win

1 ReplyI think it all comes down to whether or not the demons magic is paracausal or not. If yes, then all is lost for the Guardian. If not, then all it takes is some Strand or an ahamkara wish, then it's lights out for the Doomslayer

1.Ghost revives would be pointless in this discussion, so I will omit revives and such 2.If the Doomslayer is simply invincible, then this discussion is pointless as it is not even a fair fight 3.If he isn't invincible, he would get wiped off the face of the earth and straight through hell. He would be no match for any of the light abilities, supers or such. Not even to mention darkness powers. 4.Even if you take space magic out of the context, the Guardian would probably have some random weapon cable of sending Doomslayer to the moon 5. And why does everyone keep bringing up Riven? 1v1s only!

In a straight up 1 on 1 cage fight. Doomguy for sure. But if the guardian has a chance to prepare for the threat and find a weakness to exploit. They might be able to pull out a win.

1 ReplyThey’d team up instead and blast hell and the witness into the ground. We’d get a new double barrel shotgun, the Bfg 9000 and the unmaker as exotics. We’d all become legendary doomslayers and hated by demons.

1 ReplyYknow we can literally freeze him in layers on layers of ice right using stasis? Or straight avada cadavra him with strand? Doomguy can't do nada against us. Let's see him fight against the Darkness, invisible and sentient, lol the Witness could slice him him like he did to that poor guardian with the flick of the wrist

16 RepliesDoom guy has the guardian beat. He’s faster, stronger, and has a better assortment of weapons at his disposal. Not to mention he’s killed actual gods and not some hive creature that has gained great power and call itself a “god”
